Camp Policies and Procedures
Camp rental includes the mess hall, rec hall, shower house, and designated cabins. Cabins and other buildings your group is not occupying during your stay should not be entered.
A deposit of 25% of your projected fee plus $500 is due at the time of your reservation. An inspection of the grounds and facilities will be conducted by a camp representative before your departure. If everything is clean and in good repair, the $500 will be deducted from your balance. If everything is not satisfactory, fees for cleaning and/or making repairs will be deducted from the deposit and the remainder returned at a later date.
Bates Creek forms the western property line for the camp. During your stay, you are welcome to get into the creek, but please do not cross to the other side.
The following substances are prohibited on the premises:
alcohol
illegal drugs
tobacco
marijuana
vapes
Other rules to remember:
No drug/alcohol ads or logos may be displayed.
No pets
No fireworks
No ATVs or UTVs may be brought onto the premises.
Vehicles may be driven only on the gravel roads.
The speed limit at camp is 5 miles per hour.
Unless the ground is saturated, vehicles may be taken to a cabin to be unloaded upon arrival, but then must be parked in designated areas for the duration of your stay. Unless loading or unloading luggage, vehicles may not be parked or driven on the grass near cabins.
Fires may be made only in fire pits.
No paint is allowed in the Tabernacle.
